Six protections built into the system
One stand, one buyer
Reservations are locked in the database. Double allocation is impossible, and you see a stand's status change live.
Verified agents only
Check any agent or stand by code or QR before you pay anyone.
Receipts you can verify
Every payment gets a numbered receipt with a QR code. Your ledger shows every dollar.
Allocation certificate
Once your deposit is confirmed you get a certificate with a unique serial that anyone can verify.
Fair holds
An unpaid reservation is released automatically after 72 hours, and each buyer can hold at most 3 stands.
Report fraud in one tap
See a fake seller? Report them on the Verify page and MHL investigates.
Live proof: the audit trail
Chain intact
1,971 recorded changes, each chained to the one before. Latest fingerprint 146abdc6caddfa45…
Checked just now against every entry. If anyone edited or deleted a past record, this would turn red.
Check before you pay
No hidden surprises

You would receive back
$2,700
After the cooling-off period, 10% of amounts paid is retained. Retained: $300.
Before any cancellation MHL sends: friendly reminder, then warning letter, then notice of cancellation with a 30-day grace period, then cancellation and refund. Illustrative policy for the demo; final terms are in your agreement of sale.
Questions buyers ask
Can the same stand be sold to two people?
No. The moment a stand is reserved, the database locks it. If two people press Reserve at the same instant, only one succeeds and the other is told immediately and shown similar stands. This is enforced by the database itself, not by staff remembering to check.
How do I know the person selling to me is a real MHL agent?
Every MHL agent has a verified profile and an ID card with a QR code. Enter their code (for example AG-001) on the Verify page and you will see their name and whether they are active or suspended. Suspended agents show a red warning.
Where do I pay, and how do I know my money reached MHL?
Only through the official channels: the MHL app (EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks, card) or the MHL bank account. Every payment carries your unique payment reference and produces a numbered receipt with a QR code that anyone can verify. MHL never accepts payment to a personal account.
What if I struggle to pay one month?
You get a friendly reminder first, then a warning letter, then a notice of cancellation with a 30-day grace period. Nothing is cancelled without warning. You can also ask for a plan restructure.
What if I want to stop?
Within 7 days of your first payment you get a full refund. After that, 10% of what you paid is retained and the rest is refunded. Use the calculator below to see your figure.
Can records be changed quietly?
No. Every change to a stand, sale, reservation or payment is written to an audit trail. Each entry is chained to the one before it with a cryptographic fingerprint, so editing or deleting any past entry breaks the chain and is detected. You can see the live integrity check below.
How do I get my title deed?
When your balance reaches zero the stand is marked sold to you. MHL then obtains the compliance certificate, lodges transfer at the Deeds Registry, and issues your title deed. You can follow each step in your account.
I live abroad. Can family pay for me?
Yes. Anyone can pay using your payment reference on the Pay for a client page. They only see your name masked, for example T. M****, and the amount due.
Still unsure? Talk to a person.
